- We need to discuss the possibility of hosting the State Quarterly Meeting and Major Degree on January 27, 2024. Do we want to do this? My recommendation is yes. If we don’t do the State meeting with Major Degree, we will have to do another one of the State meetings in 2024. We have not supported a State meeting since 2018 and it’s our turn in 2024. It will include lunch which won’t cost much. Supporting the major degree is not in our budget. This will be done next year under Greg Gibbons. We need to determine the venue of the meeting first. For now, we will book two locations, the PAC, and Knights Hall. Knights Hall is available on 27 January. Pat will send the Grand Knight a request for all three rooms in Knights Hall. JP will check with Father on use of the PAC. We will need dividers in the PAC or additional rooms like Father Kelley Hall. The estimate for the total number of people attending including the Ladies is seventy-six. We will also need division members to support the meeting. All funding requirements will be paid by our division.

Pray for us who are so helpless and alone. Intercede with God for us that he brings visible and speedy help. Come to our assistance in this great need that we may receive the consolation and help of heaven in all our necessities, tribulations, sufferings and particularly with those mentioned in the Good and Welfare of the Order and those who’s intentions are on our hearts, and that we may bless God and you with the Elect throughout Eternity.
