3rd Annual Charity Golf Outing
SPONSORSHIP APPLICATION
We are now planning the 2nd Annual Father Kelley Division Golf Outing. The outing benefits the Father Kelley Division charities.
The Outing will be on Monday, June 2, 2025, at Prince William Golf Course, 14631 Vint Hill Road, Nokesville, VA. We are soliciting your sponsorship to help make the tournament a success.
We ask for sponsors of the Father Kelley Division Golf Outing in the following categories:
❑ Tee Box & Green – $125.00
❑ Tee Box – $75.00
❑ Green – $75.00
❑ Breakfast – $150.00
Sponsor signs can be purchased through Golf Invite, Inc., for a fee of $29.95, (630) 657-5700 or a local sign company. The outing signs should be 18″ x 24″. Sponsors are still welcome to bring their OWN signs but will be responsible for transporting the sign to and from the Outing. Sponsor-prepared signs are limited to 18” x 24”. Please pay via VENMO, with cash or checks payable to the Father Kelley Division AOH, and this form to:
