Our division invites everyone to participate in a Saturday afternoon wine tasting on June 21 at the nearby Effingham Manor and Winery, 14325 Trotters Ridge Pl, Nokesville. https://www.effinghammanor.com/

The cost is $18 to taste six different wines. If we have 20 or more people, we will have a separate group tasting.

Past President Patrick Sullivan, who has scheduled this event, has also arranged with his friends at Effingham for a tour of the Revolutionary period Manor House and the grounds. The manor house is next to the event center.

Patrick arranged a similar AOH wine tasting at this location a few years ago. It was well attended and everyone had an enjoyable afternoon. Many participants purchased one or more bottles of wine afterward, but doing so is strictly optional.

The event is officially scheduled for 2 to 4 pm, but may run an hour or so longer.

AOH members are highly encouraged to invite family members and friends to join our group.
