President’s report from Greg Gibbons:
Brothers, great job on our two recent Christian Charity Projects. The Hunger Project collected 2,051.8 pounds of food on Oct. 18. It came at a critical time of need in the community. Thank you. The House of Mercy Fundraiser of 25 October was a success. We made $1,465 for the
House of Mercy and rounded up to $1,500. Big thanks to all who worked this event. Paul and Dennis performed, and we had two bands. They were very good. The food was excellent; we had a lot of compliments. I am coordinating with the Director of House of Mercy on a date to present the check. Great work! Job well done, something we can be proud of accomplishing.
The Veterans’ Day parade was a good day. Started at Old Town Sports Pub, followed by the parade,
and then over to the American Legion for lunch.
