Strategic Plan Update – Mike Riley

• Discussion from the Officer’s Meeting that falls in line with the 2021 Strategic Plan presentation:
o “All activities need press releases and after-action reports.” Brian Tumulty said pick me and volunteered to provide press releases.
• “How do we advance our mission of Friendship, Unity, and Christian Charity?” This also falls in line with the 2021 Strategic Plan recommendation to include lessons of the motto at each monthly meeting. This action is designed to instill in members the reason we exist as an organization and to encourage those without a Shamrock or Tower Degree to seek it. This action falls in line with the first strategic plan goal of targeting, identifying, and recruiting new members so we can engage them in numerous Division activities. Note the President’s intro on Friendship.
• Finally, the measurement of the Division’s success. Note recent two activities where we were unified as a Division: beer tasting, and St Brigid’s gala.

We need to continue these successes and need others to step forward and be engaged, such as:

Salesmen for Trip to Ireland tickets (12), parade marshals or marching, earning an advanced degree, bringing a potential member, road clean-up.
