Presidents Report:
Brothers,
The State of the Division is strong. We are an active organization, growing, and working together to further the ideals of our division. We continue to promote Irish heritage. The first quarter has been very active. As you know we did a lot in January. Since our February Division meeting, AOH FKD conducted “Trip to Ireland” raffle ticket sales after mass. We had a road cleanup on 24 Feb. The Alexandria Parade, 2 March was fun. The rain stopped at 11 and the parade stepped off at 12:30. Pre & Post events were fun. On 8 March a very successful Fish Fry raised money for our charities. More on this later. We sold many raffle tickets and advertised St. Pat’s Dinner Dance. The fish fry was only possible through your efforts. It was a great turnout. It was a real display of unity. John will cover this.
On Saturday 9 March we showed the colors and marched in the Manassas St. Patrick’s Day Parade. Last evening was the Gaelic Mass. And this Saturday, 16 March, is our chance to demonstrate some Irish Pride. The St. Patrick’s Dinner dance will start at 6:30. We’ll “Rock the Green”. This busy time is over, but it doesn’t mean the Hibernians will Hibernate. We’ll have some activities that are for us to relax and enjoy. You should be very proud of your accomplishments. Father Kelley Division lives Friendship, Unity, and Christian Charity.

Prayer to St. Jude
Saint Jude, glorious Apostle, faithful servant and friend of Jesus, the name of the traitor has caused you to be forgotten by many, but the true Church invokes you universally as the Patron of difficult cases, and of thing almost despaired of. Pray for us who are so helpless and alone. Intercede with God for us that he brings visible and speedy help. Come to our assistance in this great need that we may receive the consolation and help of heaven in all our necessities, tribulations, sufferings and particularly with those mentioned in the Good and Welfare of the Order and those who’s intentions are on our hearts, and that we may bless God and you with the Elect throughout Eternity. Amen.
